The two men behind M&D Floors Ltd conception are Joint Managing Directors Lenny Davis and John Monk. Their ‘hands on’ management style has ensured that they live and breathe the commercial flooring market and are fully aware of any developments that could effect their positioning within the industry. Supported by a team of 5 they continue to go from strength to strength
Not ones to stand still, they continually seek to develop existing markets as well as exploring the new. The introduction of BSW sports and leisure products to their portfolio has given them a new distribution channel in which they find themselves excelling once again - Sports Floors. Whilst competitive in its very nature John and Lenny are making substantial in roads into this aggressive market. Strong management and business acumen are just two of the qualities that are helping to secure further and bigger contracts for M&D Floors Ltd.
